Join this beautiful community of women on line for a monthly Dare to Share event.  One woman shares her personal story of challenges and triumphs and the other women in attendance hold space for her to do so.  Karen Sarnosky is the guest speaker for September. 

Karen is on a mission to remind all we are each a unique and equally awesome individual!  Daring each to be their authentic self.  Her coaching practice incorporates vision board retreats to tap into purpose and possibilities and energy leadership to guide young ambitious women to their dreams.

With a background in emergency/flight nursing and as a nurse practitioner for chronic health conditions she has seen firsthand the consequences stress has on the mind, body, and spirit.  When there is a belief that there are no other possibilities. 

And with experience in education, she has seen the light and excitement when they understand and see the purpose of an action and the possibilities that follow. 

She values being true to her authentic self, accountability for thoughts and actions, and living from a place of integrity.  These core beliefs are the foundation for her coaching practice and for life. 

Started as an educator in high school as a swim instructor then CPR instructor.  Over the summers was a teaching assistant at safety city working preschoolers.  Once a registered nurse and paramedic she would take each new specialty certification completed to the next step and become an instructor. When the opportunity presented to guide the next generation of nurses she became a faculty member and found her passion. It is this journey and every interaction with individuals that shape her today and is the foundation for her coaching practice.
