I was chatting with a great friend and fellow coach this week. In response to our discussion I enthusiastically said, “I know, I know, I know”. And as extraordinary coaches do she turned the “mirror” to reflect back what my words were NOT saying. My words were NOT saying, “I’m curious, I’m open or I want to know more”. I was beating myself up saying, “I SHOULD KNOW this, and why am I not responding consistently like that”?

What if we gave ourselves the gift of NOT KNOWING but of BEING? What if we shelved the “shoulds” and the ego of knowing? Imagine the internal space we would create for creativity and ingenuity to thrive! Your words matter, to others, but mostly to yourself.

If you would like to explore your inner dialogue, create a vision, goals and action to live your best life I’d love to set up a chat! Please use this link to connect!

Light and Love,

Debbi
