We recommend arriving on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

VIP ticket holders can check in at registration on Wednesday between 3:30 - 6:00 pm EST. All ticket holders may begin registration the following morning on Thursday at 7:30 am.

To fully enjoy the experience, including the final dinner on Friday, June 5, we recommend staying through until Saturday, June 6.

Yes! Three meals are provided each day for Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5 for all ticket holders. Meals will be hosted in the Sunhill Dining Room, an elegant on-site dining space at White Oaks Resort & Spa.

Coffee and refreshment stations will be available throughout the conference.

On Thursday, June 4, there is an exclusive VIP dinner held in a private room.

All VIP ticket holders are invited to an exclusive Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6:00 pm. An opportunity to mingle, connect, and set the tone for the conference. Enjoy elegantly crafted canapé-style bites and your choice of drinks while meeting fellow VIPs. Brian Proctor will be joining us for the evening and offering a book signing. Plus, everyone with a VIP ticket will receive a complimentary copy of Brian's book, My Father Knew the Secret.

Yes, following registration you’ll be asked to share any dietary restrictions or allergies. We’ll send those details ahead of time to White Oaks Resort & Spa so they can work with their culinary team to provide safe, suitable options. However, please note that while very careful procedures are followed, White Oaks cannot guarantee that menu items are completely free from cross-contact with known allergens.

All attendees must be 16 years or older.

You’re welcome to capture a short, social media-friendly moment, but we ask that you leave the full presentations, speeches, and workshops off-camera.

If someone records more than the allowed clip, we may ask them to remove the content, and possibly ask them to leave the event.

We don’t offer full recordings of the sessions.

Breakfast: Tables will be reserved for all conference guests in the Sunhill Dining Room from 7:00-9:00 AM on June 4 & 5,

Lunch and Dinner : These meals will also be held in the Sunhill Dining Room both days, with VIPs dining in a private room on the evening of June 4.

Yes, a limited number of rooms are being held at White Oaks Resort & Spa under an exclusive rate for conference dates: June 3, 4, and 5.

If you wish to extend your stay before June 3 or beyond June 5, please first book your room for the conference dates via the link above. Then call the White Oaks Reservation team at 1-800-263-5766 to request extra nights, White Oaks will do its best to keep you in the same room, though it cannot be guaranteed.

Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) - Approximately a 45 minute drive to White Oaks Resort & Spa. Note: this route crosses the U.S.-Canada border, so travelers should allow extra time for customs/immigration.

Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) - Approximately a 1 hour and 15 minute drive to White Oaks Resort & Spa.

Hamilton International Airport (YHM) - Approximately a 50 minute drive to White Oaks Resort & Spa.

White Oaks Resort & Spa is home to Canada’s second-ranked spa, perfect for relaxing and resetting. You’ll also be minutes from the Outlet Collection at Niagara for premium shopping, and surrounded by the charming features of historic Niagara-On-The- Lake. It is wine country at its finest, with historic streets, excellent dining, art, and cellar tours.

If you want to experience the iconic Niagara Falls, it’s only about a 15-minute drive from White Oaks.
