After 12 weeks training in the Dare to Declare Vision Board framework and ongoing support through the Dare to Declare™ Vision Board Academy, you will become a Certified Dare to Declare™ Vision Board Facilitator.

We will focus on the following areas and goals:

• • • • Developing a deep understanding of the Dare to Declare™ framework and related concepts.

      • Gaining the knowledge, confidence, and tools to better stand out as a coach with particular expertise in supporting others to DIG, DISCOVER, and DECLARE their vision. 

      • Creating a marketing plan to launch your new offer that includes Vision boards.

This is not for:

❌ Coaches who want to keep doing what they’re doing in the hopes they will attract the clients they want to their coaching service or program.

❌ Those who are skeptical or don’t believe in Vision boards or manifestation.

HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER OVER THE COURSE OF THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:

Week 1

Our first class together we will Prepare to Declare. You will meet your fellow academy members, review what to expect in the academy, and what’s needed to get the most out of the academy. This is considered Core Training Class 1.

Week 2 – 4

The next three weeks of the Academy are dedicated to you completing your own Vision board with Debbi as she models the Dare to Declare™ methodology. We feel it’s imperative that all Certified Facilitator’s experience creating a Vision board the Dare to Declare™ way. It’s a great way to personally experience Debbi’s unique framework and coaching style. PLUS you get to create your own Vision board to help you get the clarity and confidence you need to move forward in life and business.

Week 5-9

Once the Vision board sessions are complete, we dive right into the training portion of the Academy. It only takes 6 weeks of training and implementation to become officially Certified as a Dare to Declare™ Certified Facilitator. Core Training 1 already occurred in our first session together. The next step is to complete the remaining 5 Core Trainings.

Once the trainings are completed, you can then begin bragging to your friends and clients that you’re a Certified Dare to Declare™ Facilitator AND immediately begin to launch your new offer with Vision boards.

But it doesn’t end there.

Week 10-12

You’ll be invited to 3 additional coaching calls where we review any necessary training material with you and support you with launching your new offer into the world.

You’ll receive live calls to walk you through the Dare to Declare™ Vision board framework step-by-step. Live attendance is optional but strongly recommended. Recordings and transcripts will be posted within 48 hours. Live calls are meant for teaching and Q&A. You will be accessing all content through MemberVault.

MONTHLY ACADEMY CHATS
In these monthly group chats via ZOOM Debbi Sluys will guide Certified Facilitators through your quick wins and takeaways offering Vision board workshops to your clients. This is a highly engaged learning community participating in these chats will offer you the opportunity to be coached through the process and help you troubleshoot any barriers you’re having with the implementation of the Dare to Declare™ framework, with your delivery model, your sales and marketing strategy and much more.

POP-UP TRAININGS
These trainings offer a deeper dive into the mindset and business strategy needed to utilize Vision boards as a tool in your business. They are facilitated by Debbi Sluys, her team, industry experts, and occasionally other Dare to Declare™ Vision board Facilitators. You will be given lots of notice of these training sessions. Like all trainings and coaching calls, replays will be available for you in MemberVault.
