Before founding Dare to Declare™, Debbi spent more than 30 years leading a multi-site, not-for-profit childcare organization. Under her leadership, her centre was one of only seven in Ontario chosen to pilot play-based, emergent programming. Debbi is still deeply connected to the early years community and offers keynotes that speak directly to early years leaders and staff, helping them reconnect with their purpose, their vision and the incredible impact of their work.
