Starting yoga in my late 30s, I initially found it challenging due to my inflexible body. However, I recognized the numerous benefits of yoga for mobility and relaxation, so I persevered. One day, I became truly passionate about it and realized the need for a much gentler approach to yoga than what was commonly available. This led me to be a Yoga Guide that caters to individuals seeking a more gentle practice. I have since obtained teaching certificates for Yin Yoga, Meditation, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Everybody from Dianne Bondy. My practices focus on gentle flow yoga, making them suitable for all levels, particularly beginners. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where everyone feels included and supported
